General Info
Driver tags will be required to be at the field. Three drive team tags will be issued per team. Only teams will be allowed in the pit area following initial set up. Adults, parents and sponsors may set close to the pits but are required to remain outside the pit areas.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather a decision will be made at the time for the tournament to be rescheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refund policy: Tournament registration must be paid in full, and received by the Miller Grove Robotics Sponsors. Sponsors Laura Smith or David Moseley must be notified 2 weeks in advance to allow the spots to be filled.
Judging Format
Judges will be onsite to review all notebooks that are brought and submitted at inspection. Interviews will be conducted by the judges during the competition.
