General Info
Beavercreek Robotics invites you to join our 2nd annual Greene County VEX VRC Middle School Qualifier! This middle school only event will feature two competition fields and two skills fields for up to 40 teams. Judging will be offered with a large number of awards given out. Teams located in the greater Dayton area are eligable for advance registration by emailing mat[email protected] before the event opens for registration.
FOOD: A full concession stand will also be available. We will also have a hospitality room with additional snacks & refreshments for advisors/coaches and volunteers.
MATCHES & JUDGING
- Each team will have a minimum of five qualifying matches. The tournament will proceed with 2-team alliances.
- Please familiarize yourself and your teams with the SPIN UP official rules. The GAME MANUAL is a good place to start! We also highly recommend watching the Referee Training Videos (once available) so that everyone has a clear understanding of all game rules.

- Masks are not required for this event. If participating schools have different requirements concerning masks, we advise you to use your best judgment and follow your school policy. Please see the Health & Safety tab for further details.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
