Coe-Brown is looking forward to hosting our third tournament.

7:30-8:30 AM Check-in/inspection

8:00 AM Judging Begins

8:30 AM deadline for teams to check-in to be included in the match list. Teams who might still be in transit MUST contact S.Goelzer @603.781.4108

8:45 AM Drivers Meeting/Opening ceremony

9:00 AM Qualification matches and Skills matches begin

12:00 PM Lunch

12:30 PM Qualification matches and Skills Resume

2:30 PM Alliance selection on divisions & skills runs end

3:00 PM Elimination rounds 

4:00-5:00 PM Finals and Final Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

2023-02-03, 2:15PM : Coe-Brown is still intending to have the meet tomorrow.

 

In the event of severe weather the event will be either canceled or re-scheduled on a date TBD. If the event is cancelled, re-scheduled or delayed the team's main contact will be emailed with the information and a notice will be placed on this event on Robot Events.

Refund and Payment Policies

If teams need to cancel their registrations a refund will be available as long as we are notified two weeks prior to the event by 1/3/22. If payment was made through Robot Events, the refund will have Robot Event's $5.00 service fee deducted from the amount refunded. Please send me a contact name and address to my school can issue a check. 

Health and Safety Policies

As of January 6th:

Coe-Brown is currently mask optional

The bleachers will be open to spectators.

Safety policies may change as required by the school and state requirements.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
