General Info
Thank you for your interest in the St. George's VRC tournament. We will contact registered teams closer to the event with more details, including directions, campus maps, times, and food ordering information.
Participants are also required to submit the VEX liability release form electronically.
Physical notebooks must be submitted for judging. Please print out digital notebooks and put them in a binder for submission.
All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

Volunteer
Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering and encouraging family members to give of their time. No prior experience is necessary. Please email csmothers@sgis.org to sign up. Volunteers will receive any training necessary. Thank you for your time!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, notice of cancellation will be made via email.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given unless the tournament is canceled.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
