General Info
The Albuquerque Robotics League will be holding 3 separate events throught out this season. The league is open to not just VRC teams in Albuquerque, but its surronding regions.

- Important COVID Policies Include:
- Any person who has been exposed within the 5 days prior to the event to a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 is asked to stay home.
In the third year of hosting the league we are looking for more volunteers and referees. If you have any questions about the event please allow for 3 business days for a response though email. At league meets, the format is a little different, scores are cummulative, and most meet days are round robin only with alliance selections/judging taking place on the last meet date. If your team/school is interested in hosting one of the meet dates please contact chaushie.forster@aps.edu or brian.acquesta@aps.edu, to inquire about the logistical nature of hosting a meet. The dates are as follows:

Checkin/Inspection 7:00am - 9:30am
Drivers and Coaches Meeting - 9:30am - 9:45am
Qualification Matches - 10:00am -12:00pm and 1:00pm - 2:30pm
Robot Skills - 10:00am - 2:30pm
Lunch 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Championship day
- Check-in/Inspection - 7:00am - 9:30am
- Engineering Notebook Turn in must happen at check in, and we must receive all Notebooks by the end of the Check-in/Inspection window.
- Drivers and Coaches Meeting - 9:30am - 9:45am
- Qualification Matches - 10:00am -12:00pm
- Robot Skills - 10:00am - 1:00pm
- Skills must be completed in between scheduled matches or during lunch.
- Judging - 10:00am - 1:00pm
- Judging will occur at your table. Judges will be coming around throughout the day, and they will try to get your interview in between your matches. It will be best to be sure to always have someone at your table throughout the day. You should not move tables from what was assigned to you, as it will affect judging.
- Lunch – 12:00pm – 1:00pm
- Single Elimination Tournament - 1:30pm - 3:00pm

In the event of bad weather or an emergency we will attempt to reschedule.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only given in extreme cases. Because RECF takes a $5.00 processing fee out of the registration fees, that portion will not be refunded.

All state and local regulations regarding COVID-19 protocols will be followed.
