This event is an opporuntity for teams that have worked hard over the season yearning for a chance to test their mettle and their metal against other teams in a live setting. We take Covid safety measures extremely seriously on our team, and we will be striving to employ measures during this event that go above and beyond measures expected by both state and federal guidlines.
The event pits will be outside in event provided tents(12x12).Teams that are willing to provide their own tent can expect a 50% reduction in registration costs(select pay later option if you wish to take advantage of this discount. Each team will have their own table and power source in their tent. Each tent can house up to two teams from the same school.
The event will be broadcast on Youtube during the tournament, and interviews will be conducted via Zoom. All notebooks will be submitted digitally on Wednesday prior to the tournament.
There are no concessions on site, but there are numerous takeout and delivery options in the area near the venue.

If the event is cancelled for any reason, registration fees received will be returned minus the $5.00 processing fee. If something happens and you are unable to attend the competition, please notify the primary contact through email or phone. Refunds for non-attendance will only be given if your cancellation notice is received no later than 1 week prior to the event date.
Face coverings will be required for everyone, everywhere throughout the tournament, in the pits, and at the fields. The mouth and nose shall be fully covered at all times with a multi-layer covering.
Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations at the tournament venue. Please use hand sanitizer frequently throughout the day particularly before entering or after leaving the competition field area.
There will be no concessions at the event, though there are numerous delivery and takeout options within a few minutes drive of the venue.
Spectators are not allowed at this evet. The entire event will be broadcast on Youtube, so people can watch in safety from their cars, or their homes.
Please monitor the health of your team. We trust that everyone keeps their teams informed of their health as related to COVID infection. Anyone attending the event will be required to complete a health check form at the point of arrival.
Pits are outside of the building adjacent to the competition area. When in the pits, teams are expected to observe safe distancing protocols and wear masks at all times. Mixing between teams is discouraged, though conversations may be conducted in areas outside of team tents between teams. Each table will be provided with hand sanitizer.
We will be using two competition fields. Robots and drivers are scheduled for their matches, and will be expected to arrive at their field at the designated time. Teams may not touch any game objects besides their pre-load and robot. Teams shall stand at the four corners of the field and shall not interact during matches with any form of physical contact. Drive teams are limited to two members maximum.
This will be provided on the day of the tournament.
