Welcome to the VEX in the Valley - Remote Skills-Only tournament #1!
This is a Remote Skills-Only Event with no judging. Read below for the steps in getting your team competing.
This means that there will be no in person requirement for teams to travel, but teams will need to have field and ability to broadcast their Skill Run via Webex.

This VEX VRC competition will be held entirely online via Webex. Prior to the event start, teams will sent a meeting link and password.

We will be running matches live, and teams will need to be able to live stream their matches into Webex. Per the Game Manual, the Head Referee will be a certified referee for this remote event.

Team Payment
Teams must be paid one weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the waitlist. Refunds are not typically offered, but if you have a special case, please just let us know and we will see what we can do.
Can I watch the event?
Registered teams will have the ability to watch all other teams perform their skills runs if they wish as per RSE1. It is still TBD if this will be broadcast on the day of the event or will be recorded and posted at a later time.

In the safety of your own home, there should be no bad weather.
In the case of conditions that may require in an event cancellation, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
No refunds after registration closes. Any refunds are at the discretion of the Event Partner and will be less the $5 RobotEvents processing fee. Per REC Foundation policy, no teams may be swapped within one week of the event.
