This event will operate under condtions as per approval with the Boone County Health Department.
We ae reducing the tournament size to 32 teams, about half of our normal capacity.
All participants and volunteers must wear masks at all times inside the fieldhouse.
Limit to 5 students, and 1 school staff coach per team attending.
Due to the arrangement of the fieldhouse and capacity limitations, we will not allow general spectators at the event. We will only have students, coaches, and volunteers on site.
Concessions limited to prepackaged snacks and bottled drinks. Pizza orders will be taken.
Each team will be assigned a table in the common area outside the fieldhouse for eating lunch and snacks. No food will be permitted in the fieldhouse to ensure masks are worn in this area.
Teams strongly discouraged from sharing equipment with other teams.
If equipment is shared it must be wiped down with Clorox Wipes

Pit area
Each team will have its own sigle teable, spaced 6 feet apart
Teams do not share power charging stations
Hand sanitizing stations for sanitizing on the way in and way out.
We will double the size of the pits by using 2 courts of the fieldhouse.
No food in the pits. Each team will have a cafeteria table in the commons for lunch.
Gym Space
Space fields to allow for 6’ between each team, including where the drive team stands.
WE will live Stream event for at home spectators
Bleachers will be marked with stickers for where to sit.
Hand sanitizer at the field before the match.
Robot Skills
Queuing for skills marked with 6’ spacing. Teams will sign up on a marker board and will be called to the field instead of waiting in line.

Judging
We will be offering judged awards, and teams will submit digial notebooks (pdf) before the event. Only teams that submit a notebook will recieve an interview on the day of the event.
All posted match times are approximate, and we will strive to run the event as efficiently as possible, on time, and we will allow matches to get ahead of the posted times if we are able.
Doors open at 7:00 AM and inspections will start by 7:15 AM. Please come with your robot ready for inspection so we can get started on time.

We will do everthing possible to host the event as scheduled. Any changes will be posted here and registrants will recieve an email.
In the event of a CoVID19 issue, we will work to refund your fees. We will also be understanding if weather makes travel impossible for you.
However, teams who withdraw in close proximly to the event for other reasons will not receive refunds.
If we have to cancel the event, of course refunds will be issued.
