This league will be a blended event, meaning that both HS and MS VRC teams are welcome. There will be both HS and MS Excellence Awards, as well as Champions, Design, Innovate, and Judges Awards. This event will have some spots to the State Tournament in March, and those will be awarded by the regional manager once all the numbers are in.
All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
Some changes this year will be that teams will be asked to take care of food and drink on their own due to COVID, as well as live streaming of the event and virtual skills.

We'll aim for 15 matches per night. This will give each team four matches per night, and a total of 12 qualifying matches in the league as a whole.
Skills will be arranged on a virtual basis. They shall be filmed live and posted to CCS's youtube channel. As stated in the rules, teams will have up to three attempts at driving and programming skills per session. A team must make these attempts before each in-person session.
On the last qualifier, we will have judge interviews and alliance selection as well as the qualifying matches. Be sure to bring your notebooks!
If you're interested in volunteering, please email Matt at mmonahan@ccsk12.com. We could use inspectors, judges, scorekeepers, a head referee, and possibly some help running the tournament manager tech.
In the event of bad weather, events will either be cancelled or rescheduled. Coaches will be emailed in advance.
Due to the unexpected nature of COVID 19, and the purchasing of extra technology to make virtual skills and live streaming possible, we won't be able to offer any refunds.
We will be taking COVID-19 very seriously and will be implementing many protocols to keep our kids safe. The full list can be found here.
In light of COVID, we'll have a short cut around the East side of the HS so that teams will be able to come to the field without have to walk through the school.
Livestream can be found via our youtube channel.
