This is a West Vancouver Public School only event as that is all we are allowed at this present time. (Check for other events as we find ways to run them)
Each event will be spread over several days to allow for social distancing. Once all the teams are registered they will be scheduled for specific dates and time. Please be prepared and on time.
Each team will have at least 3 events and must complete in at least 2.
during each skills only event teams will get 3 driver and 3 auto runs max only. You can always do less but not more than that.
Exact dates and times will be posted after team registation is closed. Please be on time and ready to run or try to inform as soon as you know your team cannot compete at the assigned time.

In the event of school closure due to weather or other unforseen events, the days event will be rescheduled and the teams will be informed.
Refunds are on a case by case basis
All teams and voluteers will meet or exceed the health and safety standards in place in the district at the time of the event. These will be explained to all people at the event in the most update and current standard.
But basically in these times of Covid-19 be aware of all Social distancing, hand cleaning, ventilation, size of groups and masking. At the present time expect to bring and wear a mask.
This event and event attendees are required to follow all local, national or any other government advice and guidance regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. We will continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
Please bring all of your equipment, there willl be no shared equipment at this time.
Teams will need to check their schedule and there will be no spectator space at these events as they will be held in our classrooms in the Robotics Academy.
