All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
Third Annual Northeast / JROTC Winter VEX Tournament :: ONLY OPEN TO TEAMS REGISTERED IN TENNESSEE
This will also serve as the TN JROTC State championship, but all teams are welcomed both JROTC and non-JROTC.

No prior experience is required. Online training resources will be available upon request.
Weather Decision will be made 24 hours prior to the start of the competition. In the event of bad weather, updates will be sent by email. Per CMCSS policy, if the district cancels schools after school activities will also be cancelled. Please check www.cmcss.net or local media for closure information.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
1. Servere Weather forces cancellation and
2. Event is not rescheduled.
If the event is cancelled, the $5.00 ROBOT EVENTS Registration Fee will not be refunded
As of 11/13/2020, all personnel must have their temperatures checked before entering the facility. All personnel will also need to complete the symptom checklist. Visiting teams are responsible for performing temperature checks and symptom assessments. The symptom assessment should be completed and turned into the event partner upon arrival. Fan attendace capacity is TBD.
