General Info
This is the third tournament hosted by Falcon Robotics and Central Valley High School. Parking at the event is free of charge. Lunches can be purchased at local area resturants within 2 miles of the school. (Comet Gas Station, Farmers Market, McDonald's, Old Mill Eatery, Pizza Factory, Oriental Express and others.) The event is located in the Big Gym.
This event takes place in California VRC Region 1. Currently, this event is only open to teams from Region 1. If you are not sure which region you are located in, please contact your RECF Regional Support Manager. .

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be given in accordance with the VEX rules.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds after 01/20/2025 unless we can fill your spot with another team from the Waiting List. You will need to pay in advance prior to the event by 01/23/2025 or your spot will be forfeited. Any refunds will be processed after the event at the event partner's discretion
Registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
- Only physical copies of notebooks will be accepted.
