General Info
Rossum Rumblers Robotics are hosting the 7th annual ASU Polytechnic V5RC Qualifier for the 2024-25 VRC season.
The event will take place at the ASU Polytechnic Campus in the Sun Devil Fitness Complex. There will be signs directing parking for participants and audience members in Lot 16 (across from the SIM building) or Lot 10 (Student union parking lot). Parking will be free for this event.
If you've never been to our campus before, we have lots of food options less than 5 min away. Alternatively, you can even eat on campus in the Citrus Dining Hall or the Student Union.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
As we are in Arizona, it is extremely unlikely the event will be cancelled due to weather. If an emergency occurs, we will notify everyone registered the tournament is cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
All payment must be submitted by January 17, 2025. Failure to pay the event fee will result in your team being moved to the waitlist and other teams allowed to take your place.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be distributed, excluding the $5 RobotEvents fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be available.
