This event is an invitational for teams not yet qualififed for state. If you'd like to be invited, please add your team to the waitlsit and we'll add you from there provided you meet the criteria. If betwen registration and the event you end up qualifying for state we'll move you back to the waitlist.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, the event will either be cancelled or rescheduled. Coaches will be emailed in advance.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by CCS. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.

Health and Safety Policies

Teams will not be allowed to enter the field to retrieve their robot. Once their match has been scored, they will drive their robot to the side of the field to retrieve it. The only people allowed access to the field and game objects are officially marked staff.
