No prior experience is required. Online training resources will be available upon request.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Weather Decision will be made 24 hours prior to the start of the competition. In the event of bad weather, updates will be sent by email. If the Houston County School System closes schools due to weather the Friday before the event, the event will be rescheduled for Satrurday, Feb 1, 2025.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
1. Severe Weather forces cancellation
AND
2. Event is not rescheduled
If the event is cancelled, the $5.00 ROBOT EVENTS Registration Fee will not be refunded.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
