Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We will refund the tournament fee minus any fees collected by RECF.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds are given on a case by case basis under extreme circumstances and a replacement team can found to take your place. Please make refund requests within one week after the tournament.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event.
Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
Concessions
Concessions will be available for sale.
Coaches may purchase meal tickets for their team members at registration.
A menu will be published before the event. We appreciate all of the support from the teams that purchase food from us.
