Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

8:20 am – Skills Field Opens and Qual Match Schedule published

8:45 am - Qualification Matches Start 

12:00 pm - Lunch Break (60 Minutes)

1:00 pm - Qualification Matches Resume

2:45 pm - Qualification Matches End & Skills Field Closes

3:00 pm - Alliance Selection

3:30 pm - Elimination Bracket Starts

5:15 pm - Finals

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event that nature or some unforeseen circumstance cancels our event, we will try to reschedule for the next weekend. There are still no circumstances where refunds will be given. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
