If your team has a portable field and FULL game element set, please contact me! We can make arrangements to take care of one of your team's registration costs in lieu of borrowing one field for a practice or skills field.

All teams MUST have payment completed PRIOR to the start of the competition! Teams that have NOT paid will be moved to the Wait List!

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

9:00-11:30 Skills Challenge Opens  (3 Driver and 3 Programming Attempts)

12:30 Resume Skills Challenge & Qualification Rounds

2:30 End Qualification Rounds & Skills Competition (Skills closes at the end of the last Qualification Match)

2:45 Alliance Selection

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will follow the inclement weather policy of our local district and reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for weather at the discretion of our district leadership.

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds will be issued once paid.  In the case of a weather-related cancellation, the event will be rescheduled.  

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews:

Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks MUST be submitted by Friday, November 8, 2024 by 5:00 pm CST.
