Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of emergency or bad weather, you will be contacted via email and the event will try to reschedule. Please note: the $5 processing fee for Robotevents will not be returned.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: fees paid to RobotEvents will be refunded unless the event is rescheduled. The $5 RobotEvents processing fee will not be returned.
If the team is a no-show or withdraws, no refund will be given.
All event payments will be handled through RobotEvents.com

Travel Info
We are located between Claremore and Catoosa, Oklahoma. Our event is taking place behind the High Schoold Building, in the old gym, NOT the Activity center. Food options are limited.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
