Please note: all events will receive regional championship award bids based on the REC Foundation Qualifying Criteria. As such, this event must meet all requirements for a Qualifying Event to receive bids to the regional championship released in July 2024.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a PO 4-weeks prior to the event will be removed from the event unless special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.

No refund will be provided as organization incurs expenses upfront to organize the event.

If the event is canceled, a full event registration (minus $5) refund will be given to all paid teams.

Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.

Health and Safety Policies

We highly encourage everyone to avoid coming into the facility if you are not feeling well and follow all commonly expected safety and health precautions.

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person on the day of the event. 

Engineering notebooks must be submitted electronically to be considered for the judged award.
