Park Tudor School and Panther Robotics are pleased to welcome you to the 2025 Park Tudor V5 Robotics Competition Blended State Qualifying Tournament!
We will have a skills field open throughout the day and will be giving out the following awards:

Logistics
Our tournament will be held in the Fieldhouse at the Irsay Health and Wellness Center at Park Tudor. Please park in the athletics parking lot off of 71st St. Enter the Irsay Health and Wellness Center main doors visible from the parking lot.
A full concession stand will be available and a Pizza Order Form link will be posted closer to the competition date.
We will be judging electronic notebooks ahead of time and doing in-person interviews the day of the tournament.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Agenda
All posted match times are approximate, and we will strive to run the event as efficiently as possible, on time, and we will allow matches to get ahead of the posted times if we are able.
Doors open at 7:30 AM and inspections will start by 7:45 AM. Please come with your robot ready for inspection so we can get started on time.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Coaches will be contacted via email in the event of a disruption due to inclement weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued minus the Robot Event Fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
All payments must be paid by February 4, 2025
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is February 2
