General Info

The Knight Time Bots (Foothill High School - 6627) invite you to participate in the 2025 Roundtable Roboitcs Challenge "High Stakes" - HIGH SCHOOL ONLY. 

This years tournament should be exciting and we look forward to hosting the 3rd Roundtable Challenge. 

Our students will design and build custom trophies and we will have banners for tournament champs/excellence award winners. 

A snack bar will be availble throughout the day. Lunch will be on your own from local fast food resturants.

Awards: Tournament Champs, Excellence Award, Design Award, Innovate Award, Judges Award, Skills Champion

6:30 AM Volunteers Report

7:00 AM Doors Open, teams check-in, turn in notebooks and check-in table

7:15 AM Inspection Begins

8:00 AM Skills Field Opens

8:30 AM Inspection Ends

8:45 AM Drivers Meeting

9:00 AM Competition Begins (qualification matches)

12:30 PM Lunch Break (Skills field will remain open during the lunch break)

1:00 PM Qulaification matches resume

2:30 PM Qulaification macthes end

2:45 PM Allinace Selection

3:15 PM Elimination matches end, clean up pits

4:15 PM Awards

4:30 PM Teams depart, tear down and clean up by volunteer staff

6:00 PM Doors close, volunteer staff depart

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Each team will be notified in case of an emergency/bad weather and cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given if the event partner cancells the event and the event cannot be rescheduled or you cannot attend the new rescheduled date.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be given up to two weeks of the vent date.  If a team withdraws within the two week window of the event date a refund will not be given.

 

Webcast

Event will be webcast on the day the tournamnet is hosted.  Details will be sent as the event draws near.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
