General Info
Welcome to the Camden Catholic High School High Stakes Tournament! This tournament will be hosted at Camden Catholic High School located at 300 Cuthbert Blvd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 on Saturday, Jan 25th from 8:30 AM to 6 PM. Doors in the back of the building (labeled GYM) will open at 8 AM for all teams and inspections will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. The full itinerary is available on the Agenda tab.

Agenda
Concessions will be available throughout the day. Pizza may be ordered by the pie before 9:00 AM or by slice at lunch time (limited supply), 12:00 PM. One field will remain open for Skills during Qualifiers and your robot must remain in line to secure your spot.

Volunteer
We are looking for volunteers for both on-field and off-field roles. You will be provided with all guidance needed to complete your role. Please email [email protected] if interested. Volunteer hours can be provided for students that help out, but please check with your school first if the hours will count.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There is no planned snow date for the event. In the event of snow, we will update this tab as we get closer to the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event, all registration fees will be reimbursed (except the $5.00 fee collected by the RECF). If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, no refunds will be issued.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally by Jan 22nd at 11:59 PM EST for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
