Welcome to the First Annual Thetford Academy Haunted Harvest hosted by Thetford Academy Robotics!
This event will be held in the gymnasium at Thetford Academy, located at 304 Academy Road, Thetford, VT, 05075. The pit area will open at 7:30am and will be located in and outside of the gym.
Teams should bring extension cords. Access to wifi may not be available.
Concessions will be available for sale throughout the day.
As we get closer to the tournament date, further information will be sent by email about event specifics and lunch options.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

12:30 to 2:00 pm - Qualification Matches continue. Skills Field open until the end of qualification matches.

Volunteer
Thetford Academy is looking for volunteers to help out!
We can use help with resetting fields, directing robot traffic at the queuing tables, judging for awards, refereeing qualification and tournament matches, operation concessions, and other items.
If you are interested in volunteering, please email [email protected]. We will reach out to all of our volunteers closer to the event date.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Please check back to this tab and event page for any emergency or bad weather announcements. Teams will also be emailed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event, refunds (less a $5 REC Foundation processing fee for each registered team) will be issued to teams who have registered and paid to participate in the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, refunds (less the $5 REC Foundation processing fee) will be available to teams requesting registration cancellation 14 or more days prior to the event. No other refunds will be processed.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
