General Info
Hello!
Welcome to the Madison Highland Prep VEX V5 Robotics Tournament. We look forward to seeing teams demonstrate their teamwork and robot skills. Please periodically review the event agenda and general information sections on the event page as the event approaches, and remember to have all those associated with the team complete the Online Consent Form prior to the event.
Concessions
Concessions will be offered at this event and we encourage you to take advantage of the food, drink, and snacks throughout the day. Teams can also bring food into the building for your convenience and eat in the pit area for lunch.
We are planning in-person interviews; please bring a printed version of your Engineering notebook.
Participation and Consent Form
Consent forms are required for all students, mentors, and coaches on a V5RC team. Consent forms are now done online one time and are suitable for the entire season at all REC-run events. Please be sure to complete the online https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5ab2c50d92047/web/.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be provided only if the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, then a full refund will be offered minus the $5 RobotEvents.com fee.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
