Congratulations on your qualification for the GA VEX State Championship. Please be on the lookout for more information to come.
If a team double-qualifies for a World Championship spot, the state’s next highest ranking team from the Georgia State Championship Skills list will receive the invitation.
World Championship qualifying awards and invitations are issued to teams whether or not the teams have expressed an intention to attend the event. Unaccepted World Championship invitations are not offered or transferred to other teams.
Please remember - All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

7:30 AM - Team Load In – Pit Area and practice fields open
7:30 - 8:00 AM - Team Registration
7:30 - 8:30 AM - Inspection (All teams must have passed inspected by 8:30. Any robot not inspected by this time will be removed from the tournament.)
8:30 - 9:15 AM - Driver Meeting and Opening Ceremonies
9:30 - 12:30 PM - Skills Challenges and Qualifying Rounds (Skills fields will close at the last qualification match.)
12:30 - 1:15 PM - Lunch
1:15 - 4:00 PM - Qualification Matches and Judging
4:15- 4:45 PM - Alliance Selection
5:00- 6:30 PM - Elimination Bracket and Awards

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
