General Info
The competition will be different this year. The Pit Areas will be in the cafeteria. The competition and skills will be in the gymnasium to allow for better seating for viewers. Parking will be in the back of Steinbrenner HS. If you have any questions, feel free to email or call me.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.
All payments have to be made prior to 1 Jan 2025 or risk being moved to the waitlist.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather we will follow up as needed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will be refunded minus 5.00 fee that REC recieves for processing fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
The team will not be refunded.
Teams need to pay their registration fee prior to 1 January 2025 or risk being moved to the waitlist.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is January 10th, by 11:59pm.
