Contact the Event Partner
You must login to contact this Event PartnerCode of Conduct
The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.
For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.
Agenda
Meetings will take place from 4-8PM. Skills can begin as soon as teams are registered, and we'll have skills from 4-6 on all fields. (In the event that we have our 3rd field up, then we'll have skills on 1 field from 6-8 as well.)
On Dec 13, we'll have Alliance Selection and Finals from 6-8, and the winner will stay to battle of the winner of Conversant Group Local League for the title of Grand Champion. The Conversant Group Finals will be from 4-6.
Volunteer
CCS will have 1/2 of it's students participating in the league and the other 1/2 volunteering in roles such as field resetting and scorekeeping.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we'll cancel the league and not reschedule. With a goal of 4 matches per team per meet, we'll still have 8 matches instead of 12 if we lose a meet.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels one of the meets, there will be no refunds. If we cancelled all of them, we'd refund teams payment.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: we won't be able to refund your money, but it's a relatively small fee.
Webcast
If we livestream, it will be available on our youtube channel.
