General Info
Team Voyage is proud to host this years V5RC High Stakes. This competition is open to all registered V5RC teams. The competition will be held December 14, 2024 at Bayou View Middle School in the gym.
Your payments must be shown in the system as paid by December 6, 2024 in order to participate in the competition. Please get on the waiting list if the competition has filled, or you have more than 4 teams and if any spots become available I will contact you.
Concession stand will be available. More specifics will be available closer to the event.
Please complete all team member release forms at REC Foundation as soon as possible. Once completed, you are good for the rest of the year. Information on Participant Release form and link -- https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5ab2c50d92047/web/
JUDGING: Notebooks must be submitted digitally by noon on December 9th. Interview will be conducted virtually, teams will recieve a scheduled time. All teams will be interviewed.

- Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
- Team Interviews will be conducted in person the morning of the event.
