Welcome to the Enginotic 6 October Qualifier! Some general information for this event:
- We are targeting 7 qualification matches per team for this event.
- Light concessions will be available. A menu will be provided as we get closer to the event date.

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.
For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.
Agenda
7:00 am – Doors open to public
7:00 am – 9:30 am – Inspections
9:30 am - 9:45 pm - Event Meeting and Drivers Meeting
10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Qualification Matches
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm – Lunch Break (Skills is closed during Lunch)
12:45 pm – 3:30 pm – Qualification Matches
Skills Fields close at 3:30 after the conclusion of the last qualification match
3:30 pm – 3:45 pm – Alliance Selection
4:00 pm - 5:00 - Elimination Matches, Awards
After 5:00 pm – Event clean up
The skills fields will close at the conclusion of qualification matches. Each team will have the opportunity to do 3 driving skills matches, and 3 autonomous coding skills matches, for a total of six skills runs.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
An email will be sent out to each team's primary and secondary POC in the event of bad weather. Teams should note that Northern Virginia weather may differ from other areas in Virginia and teams should plan accordingly. This tournament will only be cancelled if determined by the venue owner that it is unsafe to host the event.
In the event of this cancellation, a $100 refund will be given.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:
- The refund will be $100.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refunds will be made unless the tournament is cancelled by the Event Partner.
All participants will be notified by e-mail by 10 PM on the evening before the event if the tournament is cancelled.
