If you are able to bring a field with game pieces we will waive the registration fee for a team.

We will reach out in extreme cases only but there is no planned alternative date.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be provided.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

We cannot provide refunds beyond the payment due date unless a replacement team is identified.

All refunds are less the $5.00 processing fee charged by RECF. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
