Hello,
We are excited to host WHR - Bot Brawl tournament for the Rapid Relay season. . This is our second year of hosting an IQ event and we are looking forward to another great event. This is an in-person event and Judging is all in person. .. This event is for both elementary and Middle school IQ teams and we will accept registrations from teams only from Texas region 5.

All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct

Although we don’t expect there to be any violations during the tournament, the EP reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) and ask perpetrators to leave the premises. .

All participants are expected to have the participant release form . (Spanish) on file prior to competing. Please verify that all your students have this form completed and it has been uploaded to your team’s account
Digital engineering notebooks will be accepted through Robot Events and are due on Friday, 17th. We will not consider any notebooks submitted after this date.
Concessions will be available at the event.
There will not be public practice fields offered at this event. If you bring your field, note that it becomes a public field when your team is not using it.

We will notifiy the coach of all registered teams via an email if the event is cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: No refunds.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
