General Info
Please come to our scrimmage! This event is free to all teams. We don't care if your robot can barely move. If you have a drive train built, you can compete. This event will help team understand how a competition works. No judging and no awards, just a practice event. Coaches, if your teams haven't been registered to compete yet, contact us and you can still join the scrimmage.
The Oyster River Middle School VEXIQ Tournament is Sunday, November 3rd from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. Doors open at 8:00 am.
Location: The Oyster River Middle School is located at 1 Coe Drive, Durham, NH 03824. There should be plenty of parking at the school.
Food:
· Bring your own lunch and snacks. There will be no concessions for this event.
No Judging for this scrimmage.

General Information:
· For qualification matches, each team will compete in 5-7 matches depending on the number of registrations..
· For skills, each team can perform up to 3 Driving Skill and 3 Programming Skill matches.

Agenda
8:00 am: Doors open. Teams should check in as early as possible then proceed to the inspection table. This will help ensure a timely check-in and robot inspection process.
· 8:30-9:00 am: Team Check-In and Robot Inspections
· 9:00 am: Deadline for checking in. Teams that have NOT checked in by this time will NOT be placed in the match schedule.
· 9:00-9:15 am: Opening Ceremonies.
· 9:30 am-12:00 pm: Qualification Team Matches. Skills Challenge Open.
· 12:00-12:30 pm: Lunch.
· 12:30-1:30 pm: Qualification Team Matches. Skills Challenge Open.
· 1:45-2:30 pm: Final Matches and Closing Ceremonies.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, team contacts will be notified if the event is cancelled or postponed. No "rain" date has beeen set at this time.
