General Info
This is a MORNING tournament.
Team Check in begins at 8:00 AM and the tournament starts at 9:00 AM.
28 teams are invited to participate.
The tournament will be held at Sand Springs Elementary, 242 North 3200 West, Layton, UT 84041.

The event will have remote engineering notebooks, teams must upload their digital notebook to their Robot Events account by Friday, October 25, 2024 @ 11:59 PM. No notebooks will be accepted after the indicated date and time.
Team interviews will be in-person on the day of the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The tournament will go forward unless weather prohibits safe travel for teams to the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event is cancelled, teams will be refunded $45.00 of the registration fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be given if a team withdraws or does not attend the tournament.
The payment due date is October 28th. Teams not paid by this date will be moved to the waitlist.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
DIGITAL notebooks must be uploaded by Friday, October 25, 2024 by 11:59 pm. Notebooks will not be accepted past this deadline.
