Volunteer
No experience is required for most of our volunteer positions.
However, volunteers should have an interest in and enthusiasm for robotics.
A hospitality room will provide all working volunteers with a free snack and drinks.
Please provide at least one volunteer per team to help support the event.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
fees will be refunded -$5 robot events fee
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds available prior to October 31
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
