General Info

Pioneer Robotics is excited to host this Rapid Relay VEX IQ tournament to be held at Stillwater Middle School in Stillwater, OK. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates! We will have concessions for lunch available.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

8:00 am:  Doors open / robot inspection

8:45 am:  Robot Inspection closed - all teams must be present

9:00 am:  Driver's Meeting & Opening Ceremonies

9:20 am:  Practice matches begin / Skills opens

10:00 am:  Qualification matches begin

12:15 pm:  Lunch

1:00 pm:  Qualification matches resume

4:00 pm:  Qualification matches end / Skills closed

4:15 pm:  Teamwork Finals

4:45 pm:  Awards Ceremony

Teams will be notified in the event of inclement weather. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

In the event of cancellation due to unforseen circumstances, we will reschedule to another date. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds given.

 

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
  • Notebooks should be uploaded to robotevents by Jan. 18 2025.
