Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the heart of Indiana, where March weather can be notoriously unpredictable, we're gearing up for an event that promises to bring warmth through excitement and camaraderie.

March often surprises us with a mix of sunshine, rain, and the occasional snow flurry, but rest assured, we’re fully prepared for anything Mother Nature throws our way. If we encounter any extreme weather conditions that force us to reschedule, we’ll make sure to take care of you. We’ll refund your registration fees with only a $5.00 charge for administrative expenses and postage.

Just as the mighty T-Rex once ruled the earth, our competition will dominate the day with thrilling robotics challenges and unforgettable moments. Whether it's rain, snow, or sunshine, we’re committed to delivering an event that will create warm memories to brighten even the most unpredictable weather.

Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
