Welcome to our League! We will compete on four nights from 5-7pm, check-in begins at 4p.

Registration: When registering for this league, please choose Pay Later as your Payment Method and bring your league fee check for $150 per team to the first league session. Please make your check payable to Mulholland Middle School Robotics

Location: Our address is Mulholland Middle School, 17120 Vanowen St., Lake Balboa, CA 91406. Our league events are held in our Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). Parking is available in our front parking lot and on the street.

Check In: Each league session begins with Team Check-in and Robot Inspection. Doors open at 3.45pm. Teams are requested to check in by 4:30 PM and robots must pass inspection by 4:45 PM to allow time for preparing and printing the Teamwork Challenge match schedule. We begin the Competition at 5pm!

Events: At each of the 1st three Sessions, teams are scheduled for four (4) Teamwork Challenge Qualifying Matches.

At the final Championship session in February, teams participate in up to three Driving Skills Matches and up to three Autonomous Coding Skills Matches. (Robot Skills Challenge Matches are not scheduled.) Judges will interview all teams at this time. The Championship session concludes with the Teamwork Challenge Finals Matches and judges' team interviews, followed by our Awards Ceremony.

There are two competition fields and one practice field at each session.

Digital Engineering Notebooks: Teams will be invited to submit Digital Engineering Notebooks online by December 18th. Judges Design Book team interviews will be held on the final Championship session on February 6th.

Release Forms: Teams must upload the release forms for all student and adult team members in RobotEvents.com before the 1st event.

Awards: All Awards categories, and the number of awards are posted on the Awards tab, and will be updated as REC finalizes the state qualifications and other details for each award.

Event Volunteers: We greatly appreciate Teams that can provide volunteering time at our events. There is always something to do, whether it be supervising the practice field, helping direct student teams, checking at tables for team needs, and even reffing! Please see the Volunteer tab for details, or just ask the event partner or head ref at any time during the event.

Judge Volunteers: We also encourage adults (18+ yrs or older) to help judge at our final event. This mainly includes working with our Judge Advisor, and in judging pairs, to interview teams at the last event. Judge volunteers who are affiliated with teams will not interview affiliated team(s).
