Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will evaluate the event and ensure travel and the event itself is safe for participants. Furthermore, ACS safety plans will be followed accordingly in the event of an emergency or severe weather.

Judging Format
Notebooks will be judged remotely, and should be turned into the robotevents link no later than a week before the event. Interviews will be held in-person
