General Info

We will have league tournaments Tuesdays every other week from 4:15-6:15 on September 3 and 17, 2024, October 15 and 29 and then league finals on November 12th from 4:15-7:00. We will meet in the gym/cafeteria at Petal Elementary School each week.

 

UPDATE: The September 3rd date will no longer be a lague tournament date but registered teams can show up and we will have a scrimmage. The remaining 4 dates will be a league tournament.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Agenda

Each league session will have 3 team work matches and 2 skills/autonomous matches. Meaning the team can do two skills or 2 autonomous or 1 of each per league session. The league finals will have this as well in addition to league finals for teamwork.

Volunteer

Volunteer please report at 3:30 for set up crew and 4:00 for all other volunteers. Clean up crew will me at the end of each league.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy is as follows: If the league can be resceduled due to weather it will. If school events are cancelled due to weather our league will be cancelled.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: No money will be returned because no money is being charged for this event.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No money is being charged so no money will be returned.

 

Judging Format
