General Info
McCulloch Junior High School welcomes you to a fun weekend of competition!
The event will be located in the McCulloch Junior High School Gymnasiums. There will be ample pit room in our auxillary gym. The main gym will hold the competitions. You will enter door 3 and check in your teams. You will turn right to walk down the hallway between the two gyms.
Match List: Match list will be posted the day before the event. It will be accurate as long as ALL teams check in the morning of the event.
Skills: There will be two boards designated for skills. All teams will have 3 attempts at programming and driver skills.
Judging: Notebooks will need to be uploaded into the robotevents website no later than November 23rd. All interviews will take place in person during the event.
Concessions and Food Truck: There will be a concession stand on site between the main gym (competition) and auxillary gym (pits). Proceeds will benefit McCulloch Junior High music program. Weather permitting, there will also be a food truck, Crazy Munchies, just outside door 9 (next to the two gyms. Check them out on Instagram: craziemunchies765.
Seating: We have bleachers in our main gym.
Parking: There is limited parking available at the school. An email containing maps to additional parking will be sent out a week before the event. This is the downside of having the event in this conveinent building setup.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If bad weather occurs, we will find an alternative date that will work for most teams and reschedule the event that is affected.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued minus the $5 Robot Event Fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed following the event. (Refunds will be minus the processing fee from Robotevents.com)
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline for this event is November 23, 2024.
