Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School presents the VIQC Rapid Relay Tournament.

This event will be hosted by Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School in Tamworth, NSW, Australia.

Due to the rural nature of this event and the size of our community, certain event officials will be associated with teams. Please be respectful of all volunteers who are doing their best to provide this opportunity for our students with the volunteer base available in our community.

Code of Conduct

9:15am Robot Inspection Coaches’ Meeting (Adult) /Team Briefing (including Driver’s meeting)

9:20- Robot Skills Challenge opens (Till 1pm)

10am – Start Qualification Matches

10:50am – Recess

11:15am – Resume Qualification Matches

1:00pm – Lunch

1:30pm – Resume Qualification Matches

2:20pm Finish Qualification Matches

2:30pm - Playoff Matches

3pm – Closing ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be processed

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds can be processed before the cut off the close date of registrations to the tournament

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
