Don't forget items you may need day of! Items such as: Safety glasses, tools, batteries, chargers, controllers, cables, banners and anything your team may need in your pit.

Get Inspired and Have Fun! Be a part of the excitement by joining a team of volunteers who help in a variety of ways to make this event a success for the students involved.

Experience level: No previous experience is needed for most volunteer positions, and you can even bring your kids for a family activity (for example, Field Resetter is an ideal position for young children).
Time Commitment: You can register for an entire day, or just a portion of the day as your schedule permits for most positions.
Meals: Lunch is included for volunteers.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event that there is severe weather on the day of the event all registered teams will be notified of a cancelation via e-mail.
We will also do our best to reschedule the competition for another day.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event Cancelation
In the case that the event can not be run on the scheduled date we will try our best to reschedule; however, if we are not able to reschedule the event we will issue a refund to all teams registered.
Team Cancelation
Refunds will ONLY be issued if a team notifies the event partner at least two weeks prior to the event registration deadline.
Judging Format
This is a Skills-Only event and will have no judging.
