Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If an event is going to be cancelled due to inclement weather or natural disaster, all teams will be notified via email (at least 24 hours in advance if possible).
Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in Robotevents and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds after 1/15/2024 unless we can fill your spot with another team from the Waiting List.
You will need to pay in advance prior to the event by 1/19/2023 or your spot may be forfeited. If you wish to pay in person the day of the event, contact Jon Andrew as soon as you complete registration on Robotevents.
Any refunds will be processed after the event at the event partner's discretion.
Registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
Judging Format
In Person Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Physical engineering notebooks need to be brought to the event. Students will not have access to the notebook during the competition as the Judges will be reviewing them.
