Welcome to the VEXIQ Robot Challenge Event.  Register for this event to showcase your Robotics Students.  There will be spectator seating.

There will be a section for only competitors. 

There are many food places nearby that will deliver to the school

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Agenda

5:00PM - Team Check-In, Inspection, Pit Setup (Inspections must be completed by 5:30PM)

5:30PM - Event Meeting/Opening Ceremonies 

5:45PM- 8:00PM - Qualification Matches

8:00PM - 9:00PM - Eliminations, Finals, Awards

Volunteer

We are asking for at least one adult volunteer per team.

Volunteers will mainly assist with resetting the field, supporting students, and supporting the flow of the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will make all efforts to hold the event at the scheduled time.  In the circumstance that the event must be postponed, we will schedule the event at the earliest time.

In the event of cancellation, teams will recieve an email.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  Full refund will be provided

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  Full refunds for withdraws more than 45 days prior to event.  No refunds for withdraws within 45 days. 

**Teams will not be fully registered for event until full payment is made.
