Pit Area
All teams will be provided a table and 2 chairs. There will be power strips available for charging VEX IQ batteries. Make sure to label all of your teams’ equipment with your name and/or team number.

This event is sure to be a fast-paced and exciting event. All teams should come prepared for competition. Here are a few things to pack for the event the day before the day of departure.

LATE Arrivals
Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Unless there is a major catastrophe (for example, a hurricane), the tournament will take place as scheduled.
In the case of extremely bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. In case of an emergency, we will individually reach out to all teams using any contact information required. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All registration paid will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Registration fees will be refunded only if cancellation is requested at least 2 weeks before the commencement of the event.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
