Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, please check the main event page for up to date information. The main event page will be updated with more details the night before the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be returned via form of payment within two weeks
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refund requests will be reviewed on an individual basis and must be received at least two weeks prior to the event date. If approved, refunds will be processed withing two weeks after the event date.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
