General Info

Ben Franklin Middle School invites you to compete in this VEX IQ Full Volume event. This is a Middle School only event. It will be held in Boucher gymnasium at Ben franklin Middle School

There will be a fully stocked concession stand.

We are on central time.

This event will offer 2 state spots for Teamwork Champion.  Robot Skills Champion will also be offered.
There will NOT be any judged awards.

Currently, our policy on masks is that they are optional at extra-curricular activities.  Social distancing is encouraged.  As with everything Covid-related this policy may change, so please check back and expect emails updating this policy.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Please check your email for bad weather cancellations.  Refunds (minus the $5 REC team fee) will be available if you are unable to travel due to weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If we must cancel the event due to weather or other issues, teams will receive a full refund minus $5.00 to recoup the fee to RobotEvents.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If you need to cancel, we ask that you do so no later than December/08/23. Teams will receive a full refund minus $5.00 to recoup the fee to RobotEvents.
