General Info

This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event. 

Any team not paid by December 31st will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.

Concessions will be available for breakfast and lunch.

Participation and Consent: A completed form for all participants must be uploaded online.  

All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments are not accepted at the door. 

This event has been cancelled due to bad weather.  It is being rescheduled for 2/3/24.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description. Please feel free to contact me by phone 812-686-0425 if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled (on agenda) and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be mailed to each participating organization, minus the $5 registration fee that is kept by robotevents.com

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: refunds will not be issued in this scenario.  

 

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
