General Info
We will be hosting a 30 team VEX IQ Challenge (mixed Elemetary and Middle school) at IJ Holton Intermediate School in Austin, MN.
Concessions: We will have concessions available for purchase throughout the day. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink also.
Preparation:
Be sure you are familiar with the rules, including any clarifications in the official Q&A and latest game manual version. We recommend running through the inspection checklist prior to arriving to ensure there is time for any adjustments.
Equipment:
There will be power outlets, but you may wish to bring a power strip depending on the number of items that require power. Don't forget your engineering notebook and any spare parts that may be helpful.

A completed form for all participants must be turned in beforehand, or completed during check-in.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will notify you by posting any cancellations on the event page under the Bad Weather Policy tab. Please make sure we have the teams coaches cell number in the registration as we will attempt to reach coaches by text/call also. As long as the roads are open we will be holding this tournament.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be provided.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be provided.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
